Ultra Beauty Institute OPC was founded by Dr. Maria Melinda Borja-Chiong, an internationally trained and certified aesthetic professional, renowned OB-Gynecologist, and Laparoscopic Surgeon. Her dream was to create a clinic that delivers not only exceptional and professional aesthetic services, but also clinically safe and affordable products. Today, that dream has taken shape as a trusted institution dedicated to enhancing confidence and celebrating individuality.

As an internationally trained member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine and the Philippine Academy of Aesthetic Surgery, Dr. Borja-Chiong is committed to delivering advanced, personalized care that enhances her clients’ natural beauty.
